We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, nestled between majestic mountains, provided breathtaking views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The highlight was the delicious 5-course meals served every evening, which were beautifully prepared and never predictable. Additionally, the sauna and steam room were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The first I would mention the staff - friendly, careful, open and hepful. The second is the hotel itself - 100m from the ski lift, clean, tidy, a lot of food for breakfasts and dinners. Perfect for winter holidays.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding. They were friendly and helpful at all levels. What this hotel may, in the opinion of some, lack in terms of room decor is made up for by the service by the staff. The food was also remarkably good. I have traveled extensively and would recommend this others.

The hotel felt like a welcoming family home. Brilliant staff, spotless rooms, and fabulous mountain views. Superb food with vegetarian options. Conveniently located for skiing and ski hire. Good value and storage.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms and bathrooms always being spotless. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful children's playground and a sauna area for relaxation. The location was perfect, with the ski lifts and walking routes being within walking distance. The food, especially the dinner, was delicious and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. The staff's attention to detail and helpfulness made my stay unforgettable.

Much too quiet, everybody goes to sleep at 9.00pm. Not a lot to do at the location. I am though very unlikely to re-visit it.

This place was amazing! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. The location was perfect, in the middle of the mountains with lots of breathtaking hikes to explore. The best part was that it was just a short walk from a tram that takes you to a highly-rated tourist attraction. the hotel had fantastic facilities for children making it great for families.

I really didn't have any negative experiences during my stay. The only thing I would mention is that the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but this was not a major problem at all.

Located at the base of the glacier, this hotel receives excellent reviews, and for good reason. the rooms are spacious and clean, as well as being well, designed. the food is delicious with a wide variety of options available. Childcare is trustworthy and friendly, as well as having plenty of toys and space. the skiing is top, notch, being 5, star quality.

We had an amazing time on our romantic escape. The spacious room had a breathtaking view of the mountains and the locally produced food was top quality, especially the daily cheese choices. The location was perfect, just a few hundred yards from the lift to the ski area and the bus station to visit the nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the spa services that were offered twice a week.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of variety in nightlife options near the hotel. However, this was easily overlooked by the excellent service provided by the friendly staff, ensuring that our stay was unforgettable.
